High Ropes Activities

Zip Line/ Canopy Tour

This 1000-foot-long zip line may seem intimidating from the top of the 40-foot tower, giving you the opportunity to overcome your fears. Take a deep breath, pick up your feet, and let it take you away. An incredible ride with a gorgeous view that disappoints no one.

Adventure Pavilion Hubs Course

Rain is never a problem at New Frontiers thanks to our ropes course protected under our spacious Adventure Pavilion. The Hubs Course provides an opportunity for participants to choose their elements and go in any direction they want. This allows for better time management and for each participant to challenge themselves to their limits.

Adventure Pavilion Climbing Wall

The climbing wall at the Adventure Pavilion is out of the weather, which provides both shade and protection from the rain. There are ten climbs of varying difficulty levels for you to try. Three family members belay each climber, requiring focus and teamwork. This is great for both personal challenge and family participation.

Adventure Pavilion Crate Stack

Defy the odds and climb to heights of 35 to 40 ft either alone or with a partner. The kicker here is… you’re only climbing by stacking milk crates one on top of the other that are being stacked by the rest of your family!

Breath Taker Giant Swing

Prepare to have your breath taken away! Not just from the jump but from the amazing cliff-side overlook! Just take a deep breath, release all fears, and experience a new level of adventure. You will be so glad you did it.

X-Team

The X-Team is a team challenge course. Each event on the course is done with at least one other partner, and all the elements are belayed by team belays. Working together is the only way the X-Team can be conquered. This event is key in developing cooperation, experiencing the benefit of working with other people, and for seeing what you are made of.

Pamper Pole

Ready for excitement? A participant climbs atop this 25-foot telephone pole, stands to his feet, and jumps out to touch a tetherball. Difficult? Intense? YES! However, if your group is ready to be pushed to the edge, this might just be the perfect activity for you.

Recommended ages 7+ | 5 people minimum

Flying Squirrel

Eight of your group are “horses” attached to one end of two ropes that go up to a pulley system. Another family member is the “squirrel” and is attached to the other end of the ropes. Running in opposite directions, the force of the horses lifts the squirrel high into the air.
