Interested in joining the summer staff at New Frontiers? Awesome! We would love to have you on board! No experience is required, but you must be able to work Mid May - to the end of July, work well with kids of all ages, and be fit enough to do the following activities but not limited to; climbing heights (zip lines, ropes courses, etc.) and walk trails. Must be able to pass a background check.

NEW FRONTIERS STAFF
We pride ourselves on having staff who are not only fun, energetic and talented, but who also have a genuine passion for God and heart for campers. Many of our staff first came to New Frontiers as campers, which means they bring not only a love for New Frontiers and a valuable perspective but also a commitment to making camp as awesome for this year’s campers as it was for them!
All staff go through an in depth application and interview process, including a full background check. All staff also sign a contract agreeing to follow New Frontiers’ policies, procedures and code of conduct for the duration of their employment.
Each summer our staff go through 80 hours worth of training, covering everything from challenge course protocols to facilitation to risk management. All of our supervisory staff are trained and certified by standards set by the Association for Challenge Course Technology. Since more than half our staff return to New Frontiers each summer, the training and experience adds up!
SENIOR STAFF
Senior Staff (ages 18+): receive an ACCT Ropes Certification, lead high ropes elements, lead expeditions, grow in leadership development/worship/teaching, and receive room and board all summer! College student may receive college credit through their program and major.

BEYOND U INTERNSHIP
Beyond U (ages 14-17): is designed to grow and stretch your view of God, yourself, and your purpose. Through this internship, you learn skill sets that can take you beyond your internship. Interns will get to choose a week of camp for free that they would like to attend, assist senior staff in ropes and groups, and keep New Frontiers looking good!
